Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)were used to analyze the surface microstructure and proportion of chitin in the cell wall of the four fungi, respectively. The results showed that the chitinase exhibited different antifungal activities against the four fungi, which was directly correlated to the surface microstructure and the proportion of chitin in the fungal cell wall. It will help understanding the antifungal mechanism of the recombinant chitinase and further determining its application scope on crop protection and post-harvest storage of fruits and vegetables.14aCHITINASE14aANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY14aMECHANISM14aPLANT PATHOGENS12aYan, R.12aHou, J.12aDing, D.12aGuan, W.12aWang, C.12aWu, Z.12aLi, M.40uhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1IybepDIcyvXYsLDG5Z61dWQ-JkJgtKog/view?usp=drivesdkzPara ver el documento ingresa a Google con tu cuenta: @cicy.edu.mx 2LoccREF1250602s9999 xx |||||s2 |||| ||und|d c21213d21213 00102Loc40708F1aCICYbCICYcREd2025-06-25l0oB-11047r2025-06-25 14:06:43w2025-06-25yREF1
